Ljubiša Jovanović – tennis coach

Ljubiša Jovanović (born January 30, 1990) is a tennis coach with more than 15 years of experience working with juniors and professionals. As a player, he was the national champion of Serbia in the U16 category, which provided him with a strong foundation for his later coaching career.
He began his coaching career at the Partizan Tennis Club, where he spent three years and worked as a sparring partner for Bojana Jovanovski (career-high WTA #32), as well as many other WTA players.
He later spent six years working with Doroteja Joksović (career-high ITF #215, WTA #1050), accompanying her to numerous professional and junior tournaments.
Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience working at international competitions, and he is currently the coach of Darya Astakhova, a player with a career-high ranking of WTA #181.
Jovanović’s work is defined by an individual approach to players, careful planning of the training process, and dedication to developing both junior talents and professional competitors on the world stage.
