Ognjen Damnjanović – Conditioning Coach

Ognjen Damnjanović is a motivated and dedicated physical preparation specialist with over 10 years of experience in fitness and sports. His work combines elements of calisthenics, strength training, recovery, and nutrition, and he has gained experience working in a gym, Pilates studio, and tennis academy. He is particularly focused on working with tennis players and basketball players, continuously improving and keeping up with modern trends in sports preparation.

He graduated from the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education and further enhanced his skills through Strength & Conditioning courses and Pilates training for injury prevention and correction of postural imbalances. His practice includes leading individual and group training sessions, programming strength, explosiveness, mobility, and endurance, as well as integrating Pilates principles into athlete recovery and rehabilitation.

 

During his work, Damnjanović has collaborated with tennis and basketball coaches in preparing athletes for competitions, provided online consultations, and offered guidance on nutrition and supplementation. He places special emphasis on working with young athletes, focusing on developing functional abilities and fostering healthy habits.

In addition to his coaching experience, he has a rich athletic background: he actively trained basketball for over 12 years, as well as athletics in his younger years, competing with the OKK Šabac team and winning medals at domestic and regional tournaments.

Thanks to the combination of practical experience and theoretical knowledge, Ognjen Damnjanović takes a comprehensive approach to athletes – from conditioning to recovery and nutrition – with the goal of helping each athlete reach their maximum potential.
